7月15日凌晨,杭州钱江三桥由北向南距离滨江转盘不到800米处的引桥部分右侧车道,部分桥面突然坍塌,一辆重型货车因此坠落,造成人员受伤和车辆受损;7月11日凌晨,江苏盐城境内328省道通榆河桥垮塌,两辆贷车坠落,幸无人员伤亡;7月14日,福建武夷山公馆大桥垮塌,造成1人死亡、22人受伤。与钱江三桥一样,这两座桥服役不过十余年。而且这些垮塌的桥梁几乎都是验收合格的,有些还是所谓的“优质工程”和“标志性建筑”。再往回看几年,近几年路桥垮塌事故几乎年年有,只是今年来得更猛烈了一些。是天灾,还是人祸?

On July 14, the Fujian Wuyishan mansion bridge collapsed, killing one and injuring 22 others. Like Qianjiang Third Bridge, the two bridges serve more than ten years. And almost all of these collapsed bridges are accepted and some are still so-called “premium projects” and “landmarks.” Looking back a few years later, the collapse of roads and bridges in recent years has been happening almost year after year, but it has come even harder this year. Is a natural disaster, or man-made?
