用普通光学显微镜和荧光显微镜对人芽囊原虫的三株滋养体和二株包囊进行了形状、大小和结构的观察。滋养体为生长在LAS双相培养基内 4~ 5天的培养物 ;包囊为带虫者粪便经蒸馏水反复 3次洗涤的沉淀物。均作涂片 ,分别以不染色、碘染色和 1∶10 4 吖啶橙染色 ,镜下识别和鉴定。滋养体以空泡型 (包括二分裂状态的 )占多数 ,其次为变形型 ,颗粒型及其它类型少见。颗粒型为多分裂繁殖体。人芽囊原虫包囊形态较单一 ,都是圆形或卵圆形。人芽囊原虫包囊的光镜照片 ,为首次报道 ;其包囊期在我国也是第一次记载。
The shape, size and structure of the three trophozoites and two cysts of Blastocystis protozoa were observed with ordinary light microscope and fluorescence microscope. The trophozoites are cultures grown in LAS biphasic medium for 4 to 5 days; the cysts are pellets washed repeatedly 3 times with distilled water in the stool. All were smear, respectively, non-staining, iodine staining and 1:10 4 acridine orange staining, microscopic identification and identification. Vibrophoblast vacuoles (including the state of the second division) accounted for the majority, followed by deformation, granular and other types of rare. Particle type for the multi-division propagules. Blastocystis cysts more single form, are round or oval. Human Blastocystis cyst light microscope photos, for the first time reported; its cysts in our country is also the first recorded.
