随着我国改革开放的不断深入 ,我区涉外税务部门会面对更多的避税案件 ,税务部门如何克服经验不足、信息不畅、调查取证难等困难 ,做好反避税工作 ,将是一项长期而又艰巨的工作。伊克昭盟国税局涉外分局与我区国税局涉外处共同努力 ,历时一年半 ,终于查处了伊盟一个中日合资企业的避税案件。本刊刊出此案查处经过 ,意在让广大纳税人和全区税务人员对反避税工作有所了解 ,从而积极投入到反避税斗争中去 With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, tax authorities in our region will face more cases of tax avoidance, how to overcome the lack of experience of tax departments, poor information, difficult investigation and evidence gathering, Long-term and arduous work.
