自全国解放以来,由于党中央和毛主席对中医中葯的关怀和各級党政部門的重視,中葯材的生产除極少数品种外,总产量是逐年增高的。基本滿足了广大劳动人民的治疗需要,改变了旧中国在广大劳动人民中患病吃不到葯的情况。但自1957年至1958年上半年为止,个别地区的某些野生葯材的增長幅度还是有下降的趋势。如不及早注意,势必影响广大劳动人民的用葯需要和衛生保健事業的發展。因此在目前应如何多快好省地做好中葯材的生产供应工作,是一个重要的关鍵問題。
Since the liberation of the country, due to the concern of the Party Central Committee and Chairman Mao on traditional Chinese medicine and the attention of party and government departments at all levels, except for a few varieties of Chinese herbal medicine, the total output has increased year by year. Basically met the needs of the majority of working people’s treatment, and changed the situation in old China in the majority of working people suffering from ill medicine. However, from 1957 to the first half of 1958, the growth rate of certain wild medicinal materials in some regions still showed a downward trend. Without early attention, it will certainly affect the needs of the working people and the development of health care. Therefore, how to do a good job in the production and supply of Chinese herbal medicines is an important key issue.
