长三角地区作为我国改革开放的前沿地带和经济增长的火车头,其经济一体化程度的提高具有战略意义和示范效应。但是,如何正确认识一体化过程中的矛盾与障碍问题,例如产业同构、地方政府利益以及内外开放等问题还难以达成共识,尤其是对地方政府竞争行为指责过多,这就有碍长三角经济一体化的推进。
As a locomotive front for China’s reform and opening up and a locomotive for economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta, its economic integration has strategic significance and demonstration effect. However, it is still difficult to reach a consensus on how to correctly understand the contradictions and obstacles in the process of integration, such as the isomorphism of industries, the interests of local governments, and the opening up to the outside world. In particular, excessive accusations of competition by local governments have hindered the development of the Yangtze River Delta Promote economic integration.
