今年是中国改革时代的根本大法——宪法颁行三十周年。1982年12月4日,告别动荡年代的新《宪法》颁布实施,从此开启了中国依法治国的大幕,为后来中国赢得30年改革和发展的稳定期,为建设“中国特色的社会主义国家”奠定了法治基础。为了纪念这个重大国事,本期“专题研究”特别邀请我国著名宪法学者、中南财经政法大学刘茂林教授作为主持人,携领几位青年才俊发表三篇探讨文章,以求推进宪法理论与宪法实践的丰富和发展。
This year is the Fundamental Law of the Age of China’s Reform - The 30th anniversary of the constitutional promulgation. On December 4, 1982, the promulgation and implementation of the new “Constitution”, saying goodbye to turbulent times, opened the curtain for China’s rule of law by law and later won 30 years of stable reform and development for China. In order to commemorate this major state affairs, this issue ”Special Topic " specially invited renowned Chinese constitutional scholar and Professor Liu Maolin from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law as its moderator to bring along several young talents to publish three articles for discussion so as to promote constitutional theory and Enrichment and Development of Constitutional Practice.
