由于大量的凝胶体系和影响凝胶强度的油田特定参数的存在,必须从各种凝胶中选出适合油田应用的一种。为了快速量化凝胶强度而设计的一种装置,叫做转变压力装置,是专门为筛选大量凝胶体系而设计的。转变压力装置有一个筛网部件,是由5个100目的筛网组成。测试溶液流过筛网部分,在转变压力测试中给溶液加压,迫使它通过筛网。通过绘制流量与压力曲线图,获得了转变压力。转变压力与凝胶强度成比例,并且用于定量的比较各种凝胶。文章中给出了获得转变压力的说明。
Due to the large number of gel systems and the specific parameters of the oilfield that affect the strength of the gel, it is necessary to choose from among the various gels a suitable one for oilfield applications. A device designed to quickly quantify gel strength, called a transition pressure device, was specifically designed to screen a large number of gel systems. The transition pressure unit has a screen assembly consisting of five 100 mesh screens. The test solution flows through the screen section, pressurizing the solution in a transition pressure test, forcing it through the screen. The transition pressure was obtained by plotting the flow and pressure curves. The transformation pressure is proportional to the gel strength and is used for quantitative comparison of various gels. The article gives instructions for getting pressure to change.
