老年人消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer in the aged,PUA)愈合率低,可能与老年人胃黏膜细胞代谢更新的速度降低,黏膜血液灌注不足,上皮修复功能差等有关。PUA患者的胃黏膜保护能力降低、溃疡愈合质量不如青年人。
The lower healing rate of peptic ulcer in the aged (PUA) may be related to the lower rate of metabolic turnover of gastric mucosal cells, the insufficient blood perfusion of the mucosa and the poor function of epithelial repair. PUA patients with decreased gastric mucosal protection, ulcer healing quality as young people.
