1996年春节前夕,在泰国曼谷召开的联合国国际粮农组织水产品加工增养殖会议上,一个年轻的中国人登上讲坛,作为特邀代表就中国的甲壳素开发进行专题交流,引起各国专家的普遍关注。这位在甲壳素开发领域独领风骚的年轻人,就是南通双林生物制品有限公司总经理梁双林,人称甲壳素大王。 (一) 梁双林自幼生长在海边,强劲的海风磨炼了他的意志,鼓起他人生追求的风帆。童年时,每当他和同伴在海边玩耍时,看到附近渔港遗弃的大量蟹虾的躯壳散发着阵阵臭味,他就遐想有朝一日将这些甲壳利用起来,变废为宝,造福社会。
