今年8月1日,南宁市中级法院一审以受贿罪判处南宁市市政管理局原局长张建辉死刑,缓期2年执行,以巨额财产来源不明罪判处其有期徒刑4年,合并执行死刑,缓期2年执行。张建辉受贿和巨额财产来源不明案件,是南宁市检察院近年来查处的众多职务犯罪案件中极为典型的一件。张建辉从一名有专业知识的领导干部蜕变堕落的过程和教训,为在国家机关工作人员中进一步开展防腐拒变的廉政教育提供了一份生动的反面教材。
August 1 this year, Nanning Intermediate People’s Court sentenced to accept the bribery of Nanning Municipal Administration Zhang Jianhui former director of death, suspended for 2 years to execute, with a huge amount of property unknown crime convicted of their imprisonment for 4 years, the combined execution of death penalty, suspended for 2 years carried out. Zhang Jianhui case of bribery and huge source of unknown property, is a very typical case of numerous job-related crimes investigated and dealt with by Nanning Procuratorate in recent years. Zhang Jianhui, from a leading cadre with professional knowledge, has degenerated the course and lesson of corruption and provided a vivid negative example for the anti-corruption and anti-corruption education in the personnel of state organs.
