劳动组织,是我们企业生产中人与人之间相互配合的有机整体,是组织生产者,进行井然有序的活动必不可少的手段;是促进生产、提高劳动生产率的一个极其重要的因素。人们在社会化的大生产中,要达到最佳经济效益,首先就要从节约人力入手,按定员定额去配备人力,正确处理劳动力、劳动工具、劳动对象之间的关系,进而使生产避免窝工,减少非生产时间,强化基本生产时间,节约劳动力。所以整顿、健全、强化劳动组织,乃是我们搞好企业管理,实行改革的当务之急,也是我们按定员定额组织生产的一项长期任务。
Labor organizations are the organic whole of the cooperation between people in our company’s production. They are the essential means for organizing producers and conducting orderly activities. They are an extremely important factor in promoting production and increasing labor productivity. In order to achieve the best economic efficiency in socialized large-scale production, people must first start with saving manpower, allocate manpower according to fixed quotas, and correctly handle the relationship among the labor force, labor tools, and labor objects, so that production can be avoided. Workers, reduce non-production time, strengthen basic production time, save labor. Therefore, rectifying, improving, and strengthening labor organizations are the top priority for us to do a good job in business management and reform, and it is also a long-term task for us to organize production according to fixed quotas.
