“一带一路”战略是本届政府适应新常态下的重大举措,它的实施和实现依靠的不仅是经济实力,更是人才资源。陕西省作为古代丝绸之路的起点和新欧亚大陆桥重要枢纽,在此契机下,要实现跨越式大发展,人才战略显得尤为重要。本文立足“一带一路”战略背景,探讨当下陕西省人才培养与吸引措施和政策研究,为人才政策提供参考。
The “Belt and Road” strategy is a major measure for the current government to adapt to the new normal. Its implementation and realization depend not only on economic strength but also on human resources. As an important starting point of the ancient Silk Road and an important hub of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge, Shaanxi Province is particularly important in order to realize its great leap-forward development. Based on the strategic background of “One Belt and One Road”, this paper explores the current research on talent cultivation and attracting measures and policies in Shaanxi Province, and provides a reference for the personnel policy.
