作为一个资源约束性大国,中国在实现“中国经济升级版”转型中必须破解资源环境的约束难题。当前城镇化建设响应党的十八大明确提出的全面促进资源节约与生态文明建设的号召,使城镇发展进入到转型升级阶段,为实现更科学、更人文、更美丽的城镇化愿景做出努力。
As a resource-constrained power, China must solve the constraining problems of resources and the environment in the process of its transformation to achieve “the upgrading of China’s economy.” In response to the call explicitly made by the 18th CPC National Congress for promoting resource conservation and ecological civilization in an all-round way, the urbanization process has brought urban development into the stage of transformation and upgrading and made efforts to realize a more scientific, more humane and beautiful urbanization vision .
