现有放矿系统是利用空压机供风作为动力源,通过高压风借助气缸中的活塞往复运动实现指状闸门的开启和关闭(如图1),由于该系统投产已有近30年,设备老化严重,检修频率较高。同时,该系统由于结构复杂而增加了管理上的难度,也浪费了人力资源,由于有高压风包和管道,致使安全管理的工作量加大。因此,在权衡利弊后,必须使用一种结构简单、运行可靠、安全平稳、容易操作的放矿系统来代替目前的系统,以满足汽车运输的需要。
