硫糖铝(SF)为硫酸双糖类碱性铝盐,最先用于十二指肠溃疡,它与粘蛋白结合形成的保护膜,防护胃酸和酶对再生组织的刺激。意用此药作为术后扁桃体创面的保护剂,以期减轻手术后引起严重咽痛、耳痛和张口困难。34例成人参加双盲随机研究,试验组(A)16例,对照组(B)18例。两组平均年龄25岁。除B组3例局麻余均全麻手术,以剥离圈套摘除扁桃体法并电烙止血,依剥离和电烙程度分1～3级,A分别为2.0和2.4;B分别为1.4和1.5级。出血量两组相似,A组84ml,B组62ml。术毕
Sucralfate (SF), a disulfate basic aluminum salt, is first used in duodenal ulcers and is used as a protective film in combination with mucin to protect gastric tissue and enzymes from irritation of regenerative tissue. Intent to use this drug as a protective agent for tonsil wounds, with a view to relieve severe sore throat after surgery, earache and mouth opening difficulties. Twenty-four adults participated in a double-blind, randomized study of 16 patients in the experimental group (A) and 18 in the control group (B). The average age of both groups is 25 years.
