随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,人民生活水平的日益提高,为保证人民群众用药安全有效,临床药学工作已在我国大多数医院开展起来,促进了我国临床药学工作的发展。我们牡丹江市中医院是从1997年开始开展临床药学工作的,成立了临床用药咨询小组,由9人组成,成员有药剂科主任、主管药师和临床经验丰富的医疗科室主任组成。几年来,我们坚持了药师深入临床参与查房,每年不少于300例,进行临床用药盗询8000多例次,参加会议200余次。目前我院临床科室主任经常向临床用药咨询小
