接钒者体内氨基酸代谢变化的研究

五氧化二钒(V_2O_5)是常见的吸入性工业毒物,对钒作业工人有一定毒害作用。为探讨钒对氨基酸代谢影响,我们对正常人和接钒工人的血清、尿、毛发中氨基酸进行检测。其中不接钒者男性12人,平均年龄43岁(37~56岁);接钒者为某铁合金厂钒铁车间的焙烧、电冶工序12人,均男性,平均年龄43岁(37~56岁),工龄20~28年。氨基酸测定方法按文献。结果车间空气中钒浓度1.2~18.0mg/m~3,平均10.3mg/m~3。超过国家最高容许浓度百余倍,未测出氨和二氧化硫。接钒组尿钒含量为76.5±46.8nmol/gGr。接钒组血清胱氨酸、酪氨酸含量低于对照组,经t检验差异显著(P<0.05)。尿中苯丙氨酸含量与对 Vanadium pentoxide (V_2O_5) is a common inhalational industrial toxicants, vanadium workers have some toxic effects.
