近年来,随着住宅建设的发展,苏州市已建成大批新住宅。但是,由于卫生设施在质量上存在问题,住宅交付使用后,给居民生活造成很多麻烦。前些时候,我市1500多只粪池中,有180只经常满溢,严重影响环境卫生和居住生活,成为我市突出的环卫问题,居民意见很大。苏州市人民政府为此专门召开了市长办公会议,决定由房管局,城建局,卫生防疫站等单位组成粪池治理小组。经过检查,弄清了粪池外溢的主要原因:
In recent years, with the development of residential construction, a large number of new houses have been built in Suzhou City. However, due to the quality problems of the sanitary facilities, the delivery of the houses has caused many problems for the residents. Some time ago, 180 out of more than 1,500 septic tanks in our city were overflowing, seriously affecting environmental hygiene and living conditions, and became a prominent environmental sanitation problem in our city. The residents have great opinions. The Suzhou Municipal People’s Government specially convened an office meeting of the mayor for this purpose and decided that the Housing Authority, the Urban Construction Bureau, the Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Station and other units should form a septic tank management group. After inspection, the main reasons for the overflow of the septic tank were ascertained:
