国家体育总局推广的四种健身功法发布以来,全国各地乃至世界各国兴起了学练新功法的群众性活动,现在,我们把这些活动的盛况萃集于此,献给读者。气功是中华优秀传统文化的重要内容之一,习练科学实用的健身气功,对促进人民群众身心健康有着积极的现实意义。气功健身运动的健康发展,符合最广大人民的根本利益。国家历来对此十分重视,国家体育总局于2002年组织专家创编了新的健身功法———《五禽戏》、《六字诀》、《八段锦》、《易筋经》;2004年5月,经民政部批准,成立了中国健身气功协会,2004年9月,创办了《健身气功》杂志。这将对健身气功科学地发展,产生巨大的促进作用。
Since the release of the four kinds of fitness exercises promoted by the General Administration of Sport of China, mass activities have been started in all parts of the country and in other countries all over the world. Now, we have collected the grand occasion of these activities for our readership. Qigong is one of the important contents of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Practicing scientific and practical Health Qigong has positive and practical significance for promoting people’s physical and mental health. The healthy development of Qigong fitness exercise conforms to the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. The state has always attached great importance to this. The State Sports General Administration organized experts in 2002 to create a new fitness exercises --- “Wu Qin Xi”, “Liu Zi Jue”, “Ba Duan Jin” and “Yi Jin Jing”; 2004 5 In January, the Chinese Health Qigong Association was established with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. In September 2004, the magazine “Health Qigong” was founded. This will give a great impetus to the healthy development of Health Qigong.
