目的鉴别生附片,并测定其中双酯型生物碱。方法采用TLC法鉴别生附片中次乌头碱、新乌头碱;采用HPLC法测定生附片中次乌头碱、新乌头碱和乌头碱3种双酯型生物碱的含量,参照《中国药典》2010版相关项下方法测定。结果不同来源10批生附片的TLC斑点清晰,特征明显;双酯型生物碱总含量为1.358‰~2.226‰,水分为8.0%~10.6%,总灰分为2.80%~3.83%,酸不溶性灰分0.08%~0.67%。结论所建方法可有效控制生附片的质量。
Objective To identify raw attachments, and determination of which diester alkaloids. Methods The TLC method was used to identify hypaconitine and mesaconitine. The contents of hypaconitine, mesaconitine and aconitine in the epidural tablets were determined by HPLC. With reference to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2010 version of the method under the relevant determination. Results The results showed that TLC spots of 10 batches were clear and distinct. The total content of diester alkaloids was 1.358 ‰ ~ 2.226 ‰, the water content was 8.0% ~ 10.6%, the total ash content was 2.80% ~ 3.83%, the acid insoluble ash 0.08% ~ 0.67%. Conclusion The proposed method can effectively control the quality of raw addendum.
