大雪枣是近年在蒙阴发现的自然变异株系,也是当今推广的地方名优品种之一.其果在立冬至小雪之间完熟,扁圆形,皮红色,肉翠绿,单果重50g左右,最大81g,质地甜脆,品质极佳,丰产性强.树形似垂柳,枣吊长而下垂(最长达1.4m),美观漂亮,初冬时树冠仍保持葱绿,属融观赏食用为一体的枣中新秀.该品种可与野生酸枣或普通枣树嫁接,其技术要点如下:
