随着城镇化步伐的加快,越来越多的农民走进城市,为城市经济建设添砖加瓦。然而,我们的农民兄弟在为城市的建设与发展付出辛劳和汗水的同时,却受到了许多不公正的待遇。“欠薪”问题更是成为政府、媒体以及社会公众普遍关注的焦点问题。2003年年终岁末,一场被称为“清欠风暴”的行动在全国展开,作为社会弱势群体的农民工受到了前所未有的关爱。“清欠”行动,体现了党和政府“立党为公、执政为民”的情怀；关爱农民工,更是构建和谐社会的一个强音。广西各级党委、政府高度重视清理拖欠农民工工资工作,采取有力措施并取得了显著成效。最近中央有关部委全面推介了我区的经验和做法。 As the pace of urbanization accelerates, more and more peasants will enter the city and contribute to the economic construction of the city. Migrant workers who are vulnerable groups in the society have received unprecedented love and care. Party committees and governments at all levels in Guangxi have attached great importance to the work of clearing wages owed to migrant workers and took effective measures and achieved remarkable results. Recently, relevant central ministries and commissions have fully introduced the experience and practices of our region.
