目的了解苏州市吴江区人工游泳池水质卫生状况,找出存在的问题及原因,为加强人工游泳池的卫生管理提供科学依据。方法对2011—2012年全区开放的人工游泳池水质进行检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果共检测水样214份,各项指标均合格的为139份,合格率为64.95%。2011年合格率为80.61%,2012年合格率为51.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2012年水样合格率显著降低的主要原因为增加了尿素检测项目,而尿素合格率仅55.17%。结论吴江区人工游泳池水质的卫生状况特别是尿素指标较差,需加强监督和管理,强化游泳池水的换水和消毒工作,加强公众公共卫生知识宣传教育。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of artificial swimming pool in Wujiang District of Suzhou City, find out the existing problems and reasons, and provide scientific basis for strengthening the sanitary management of artificial swimming pool. Methods The water quality of artificial swimming pools opened in the whole region from 2011 to 2012 was tested, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 214 water samples were tested. All of the indexes were qualified as 139 samples with a pass rate of 64.95%. The qualification rate in 2011 was 80.61%, and the pass rate in 2012 was 51.72%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The main reason for the significant decrease in the passing rate of water samples in 2012 was the increase of urea test items, while the passing rate of urea was only 55.17%. Conclusion The health condition of artificial swimming pool in Wujiang District is poor, especially for urea. It is necessary to strengthen supervision and management, strengthen water exchange and disinfection of swimming pool water, and public public health education.
