目的调查分析医院护理不良事件发生类别、原因及特点,为制订相应防范不良事件对策提供依据。方法运用质量管理工具,对我院102例护理不良事件进行分析。结果护理不良事件前4位原因分别是意外拔管、给药错误、医嘱处理错误以及药物外渗;护士的工作年限和资历与不良事件发生有关;主要原因分别是执行规章制度/流程不到位、健康教育效果差/患者依从性差、细节管理不到位及对风险患者重视程度不足。结论针对我院护理不良事件发生的原因,制定针对性的防范对策,以降低不良事件的发生率,保障患者住院期间的安全。
Objective To investigate and analyze the types, causes and characteristics of hospital nursing adverse events and provide evidence for the corresponding measures to prevent adverse events. Methods Quality management tools were used to analyze 102 cases of nursing adverse events in our hospital. Results The first four causes of adverse events were accidental extubation, incorrect administration, incorrect medical treatment and extravasation of drugs. The working life and qualifications of nurses were related to the occurrence of adverse events. The main reasons were the implementation of rules and regulations / procedures were not in place, Poor health education / poor patient compliance, lack of detail management, and inadequate attention to risk patients. Conclusions Aiming at the causes of adverse nursing events in our hospital, we made targeted preventive measures to reduce the incidence of adverse events and ensure the safety during hospitalization.
