朔州市桑干河灌区是清洪水两用灌区,原渠道设计洪水流量为50m3/s。文中初步探索了本灌区的引洪流量确定方法,并进一步分析了引洪流量大小与工程规模投资的相关关系,以及引用洪水的作用与灌溉效益。得出在满足渠道水力要素要求的前提下,洪水流量一般取偏小值较为适宜,本灌区引洪流量由原50m3/s降为25m3/s经济效益较为显著。
Shuozhou Sanggan River Irrigation District is a clear flood dual irrigation area, the original channel design flood flow of 50m3 / s. The paper first explores the method of determining the flood discharge of this irrigation district, and further analyzes the correlation between the flood discharge volume and project scale investment, as well as the function of reference flood and the benefit of irrigation. It is concluded that under the premise of meeting the requirements of hydraulic elements in the channel, it is more appropriate for the flood discharge to take a small value in general. The economic benefit of the flood diversion from the original 50m3 / s to 25m3 / s is significant.
