目的建立香菇中邻苯二甲酸酯的气相色谱-质谱检测方法,并用于丽水市市售香菇中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的检测。方法在全市范围内抽取60份香菇样品,按照国家食品污染监测标准操作程序,进行16种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的检测。结果检测的60份香菇样品中均未有邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物超标的现象。结论丽水市市售香菇中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的残留量基本较低,但仍需加强监管力度,保障证食品安全。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of phthalates in shiitake mushrooms by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and to detect the phthalates in shiitake mushrooms in Lishui City. Methods Sixty samples of mushrooms were collected in the whole city and 16 kinds of phthalates were detected according to the national food contamination monitoring standard operating procedure. Results None of the 60 samples of shiitake mushrooms tested had phthalates exceeding the standard. Conclusion The residues of phthalates in the shiitake mushrooms in Lishui City are basically low, but the supervision and control of these mushrooms still need to be strengthened to ensure the food safety.
