1994年7月中旬，松花江流域的蚂蚁河、拉林河、倭肯河、阿什河等普降暴雨．致使松花江中下游出现较大洪水．在这次洪水过控中，佳木斯的的水位流量关系显逆时针绳套曲线，其绳套之宽为历年少有．
