上颌中切牙倒置阻生，可在颌面外科的配合下，给予正畸治疗。术前正畸以开拓间隙，术中注意保护牙乳头、牙囊，术后正畸力应微弱。年龄愈小，预后效果愈好。
Maxillary incisors inverted occlusion, in cooperation with maxillofacial surgery, to give orthodontic treatment. Preoperative orthodontic to open up the gap, intraoperative attention to protect the dental papilla, dental capsule, postoperative orthodontic should be weak. The younger, the better the prognosis.
