自从1945年毕加索信手勾勒出和平鸽后,鸽子与和平便被紧密联系起来并为世界各国人民所接受。其形象不仅此跃上联合国的标志,还屡屡出现在举世瞩目的奥运会上;在举世公认的国际化大都市中,相对高楼大厦、灯红酒绿,鸽子漫步街头的景观总会被人们首先发觉并为之注目。确实,当猫儿、狗儿被人为地赋予了更多的“私有化”意味儿时,盘旋在城市上空的鸽子却给予所有忙碌的都市人一个“绿色”的天空,这难道不是对“绿色奥运”概念的一个更广度的延展吗?人能够与其他生灵和谐相处的景观,难道不是对“人文奥运”另一层次的体现吗?让我们了解一下小小的信鸽吧。——编者
