目的探讨维吾尔族大学生抑郁状况分布特点,并分析其与发中微量元素的关系。方法选取278名18~26岁维吾尔族大学生采用SDS(抑郁自评量表)量表调查其抑郁状况,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测量其发中钙、镁、铜、锌的含量。结果维吾尔族女大学生抑郁症状标准分显著高于男生(P<0.01),医学专业学生抑郁症状标准分显著高于非医学专业学生(P<0.01)。维吾尔族女大学生头发中钙、锌、镁元素含量显著低于男生(P<0.01),发铜含量显著高于男性(P<0.01)。抑郁组发钙、锌、镁元素含量显著低于非抑郁组(P<0.01)。发中四种微量元素与抑郁症之间的相关分析表明:r钙=-0.49,r镁=-0.38,r锌=-0.31(P均<0.05),r铜=0.007(P>0.05)。结论维吾尔族大学生抑郁水平与发中钙、镁、锌含量呈负相关,与发铜含量之间无线性关系。
Objective To investigate the distribution of depression in Uyghur undergraduates and to analyze their relationship with trace elements in hair. Methods A total of 278 Uyghur college students aged 18-26 years were enrolled in this study. Their depression status was investigated by using SDS (Depression Scale for Self - rating Scales), and their contents of calcium, magnesium, copper and zinc were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The standard scores of depressive symptoms of Uygur female college students were significantly higher than those of boys (P <0.01). The standard scores of depression symptoms of medical students were significantly higher than those of non-medical majors (P <0.01). The contents of calcium, zinc and magnesium in hair of Uygur female college students were significantly lower than those of boys (P <0.01), and the content of copper was significantly higher than that of men (P <0.01). The contents of calcium, zinc and magnesium in depression group were significantly lower than those in non-depression group (P <0.01). Correlation analysis of four trace elements and depression in the hair showed that: r calcium = -0.49, r magnesium = -0.38, r zinc = -0.31 (all P <0.05), r copper = 0.007 (P> 0.05). Conclusions There is a negative correlation between the depression level of Uyghur undergraduates and the content of Ca, Mg and Zn in hair, and there is no linear relationship between the level of depression and the content of copper in Uygur college students.
