Hulin’s economic and social development strategy should be guided by the spirit of the 16th National Party Congress to develop rural economy and increase peasants’ income. We should focus on peasants’ and fiscal double-income growth and market-oriented measures to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization. We should vigorously develop the green processing industry and emerge from a new type of industrialized road with a high science and technology content and good economic returns.
