许多新老住宅、公寓房等外墙抹灰层,由于没有遵循技术规范且操作上不重视,造成抹灰层有明显的不规则细裂纹。经受多次的气温变化,产生起壳、渗水、甚至脱落。一、原因分析(1)抹灰前对砖墙面的灰尘等没有清除,同时,没有做到隔夜浇水湿润。(2)没有按第一天刮糙、次日抹灰的顺序操作。而是当日刮糙,紧跟抹灰层。有的甚至不分刮糙、抹灰,一次性成活。
