上海某高层住宅为剪力墙结构,周围墙体采用复合石膏板外墙内保温系统,住宅内隔墙采用加气混凝土砌块。墙体砌筑后在邻近外围结构的部位产生了大量斜裂缝,而且经修补后又会在第二年春夏周期性出现。通过现场调查和理论计算,分析了裂缝产生的主要原因,并从设计和施工两方面提出了预防措施,对类似的住宅工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
Shanghai, a high-rise residential buildings for the shear wall, the surrounding walls using composite gypsum board insulation system within the wall, residential partitions with aerated concrete blocks. Wall masonry in the vicinity of the outer structure of the site produced a large number of diagonal cracks, and after repair will occur in the second spring and summer periodically. Through field investigation and theoretical calculation, the main causes of cracks are analyzed. Preventive measures are put forward from the aspects of design and construction, which are of reference significance to similar residential projects.
