在人们的印象中,校园应该是宁静的。除了琅琅的读书声,那应该是一片温馨的乐土。然而有一种邪恶的东西正在打破这种宁静。我们看到一种血腥的东西正在向它袭来———那就是“校园暴力”。一份来自中国青少年犯罪研究会的统计资料表明,近年内,青少年犯罪总数已经占到了全国刑事犯罪总数的70%以上,其中十五六岁少年犯罪案件又占到了青少年犯罪案件总数的70%以上。校园的宁静被打破了,而这些犯罪事例大多发轫于“校园暴力”。目前,中共中央、国务院已在全国范围内开展了进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设工作,“校园暴力”再次成为我们关注的话题。
In people’s minds, the campus should be quiet. In addition to the sound of reading, it should be a warm paradise. Yet there is an evil thing that is breaking this tranquility. We saw a bloody thing is struck to it --- that is “campus violence.” A statistics report from the China Youth Juvenile Crimes Research Institute shows that in recent years, the total number of juvenile delinquency accounts for more than 70% of the total number of criminal offenses in the country, of which 15 to 16 years of juvenile delinquency accounts for more than 70% of the total number of juvenile delinquency cases . The serenity of the campus was broken, and most of these criminal cases originated from “campus violence”. At present, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have launched a nationwide effort to further strengthen and improve ideological and moral construction among minors. “Campus violence” has once again become a topic of our concern.
