用免疫组织化学ABC法分别显示灌喂醒脑健神胶囊溶液的给药组和灌喂生理盐水的对照组脑出血大鼠脑内β-内啡肽样阳性纤维的分布和含量变化。图象分析发现:在脑出血1天和3天时下丘脑处β-EP样阳性纤维密度及颗粒面积是给药组高于对照组,在脑出血7天和21天给药组低于对照组,两组之间存在显著性差异,本文分析了脑内β-内啡肽的变化机理,表明中药醒脑健神胶囊治疗脑出血的机制可能与脑内β-内啡肽有关。
The distribution and content of β-endorphin-like positive fibers in brains of intracerebral hemorrhagic rats in the group administered with Xingnaojianshen Capsules and in the control group given saline were detected by immunohistochemistry ABC method. Image analysis showed that β-EP-like positive fiber density and particle area at the hypothalamus were higher in the administration group than in the control group at 1 and 3 days after intracerebral hemorrhage, and lower in the administration group at 7 and 21 days after intracerebral hemorrhage. There was a significant difference between the two groups. This article analyzed the mechanism of β-endorphin in the brain and showed that the mechanism of Xingnaojianshen Capsule in treating cerebral hemorrhage may be related to β-endorphin in the brain.
