我们为解决小直径弹簧的加工问题,研制了一套简便易行的胎具(如图)。在普通车床上绕制弹簧时,先把后尾座取掉。将支架和钢管分别固定在刀架上,再将弹性卡套夹在车床的三爪卡盘上。将芯轴(可用钢丝代)通过钢管的内孔插人弹性卡套的中心孔内夹紧。芯轴和钢管内孔的配合间隙为0.4~0.6mm。然后移动刀架手柄,使支架的头部R槽对正芯轴的中心线。再把制件原料钢丝通过支架上的孔,把钢丝头插入弹性卡套上旁边的小孔中。用手调整
In order to solve the processing problem of the small diameter spring, we have developed a set of simple and easy-to-use tools (pictured). In the ordinary lathe winding spring, the first tailstock removed. The bracket and pipe were fixed in the knife holder, and then clip the elastic sleeve on the lathe three-jaw chuck.
