目的观察奥氮平片对首发精神分裂症患者血压影响。方法选择100例我院门诊首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组50例，治疗组给予奥氮平片最高剂量15mg/d，治疗至少1w，对照组给予奥氮平片最高剂量10mg/d治疗至少1w，比较两组治疗前后血压变化。结果治疗组和对照组治疗前后血压平均值比较有显著差异(<0.05)，治疗组和对照组治疗前后血压平均值改变幅度随药物剂量增加而增大。结论奥氮平片治疗首发精神分裂症患者会引起血压降低，并且剂量增加，血压降低幅度增大。“,”Objective To observe the ef ect olanzapine tablets on the blood pressure of patients with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods Choosing 100 cases patients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, treatment group given olanzapine highest doses to 15 mg/day at least 1 week treatment, the control group given olanzapine tablets the highest dose of 10 mg/day for at least 1 weeks treatment, comparing two groups blood pressure changes before and after treatment. Results The average blood pressure of the two groups before and after treatment, has significant dif erence ( <0.05), and the two group the average blood pressure change amplitude increases with increasing doses. Conclusion Olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia can reduce blood pressure, and increase dosage, reduce blood pressure change.
