飞行人员鼻窦囊肿是一种常见疾病。我们对来院疗养的飞行人员进行常规检查,发现鼻窦囊肿41例,其中39例资料完整,现就这些病例进行分析如下: 1 临床资料 患者均为男性飞行人员,年龄27—39岁。39例鼻窦囊肿同时忠有慢性鼻窦炎。患有慢性鼻炎31例,变态反应性鼻炎5例,3例无慢性鼻炎史。鼻窦囊肿患者中有15例曾患有鼻窦气压性损伤。 患者主诉均有不同程度的单侧或双侧间歇性鼻塞,鼻腔分泌物多,为粘涕或脓涕。前额部钝痛6例,眼
Sinus cysts in flight personnel is a common disease.
