无产阶级政党如何正确行使手中的权力,防止党和政权的蜕化变质,这既是一个十分重要的历史课题,又是一个异常严肃的现实问题。从马克思、恩格斯到列宁,从毛泽东到邓小平,都对此进行了积极探索,提出了一系列深刻见解。“廉价政府”属于无产阶级,建立法、制、权三者统一的人民监督制度,走民主之路来防止权力腐败以及以法制来保障民主等都是这些思想的集中体现。
How to correctly exercise the power of the proletarian political parties in order to prevent the degeneration and deterioration of the party and the political power is not only a very important historical issue but also an extremely serious and realistic issue. From Marx and Engels to Lenin and from Mao Zedong to Deng Xiaoping, they all actively explored this issue and put forward a series of profound insights. “Cheap government ” belongs to the proletariat. Establishing a unified system of people’s supervision of the unity of law, system and authority, taking the road to democracy to prevent power corruption and safeguarding democracy through the rule of law are the concentrated expressions of these ideas.
