为提高汽车后保险杠的吸能特性,以某一型号轿车的汽车后保险杠为研究对象,设计了泡沫铝填充结构汽车后保险杠,并应用Hyperworks软件建立两种后保险杠结构的有限元模型。以国标中摆锤冲击试验为评价标准,研究了汽车后保险杠的低速碰撞特性,并对其进行比较。结果表明,泡沫铝填充结构的汽车保险杠在提高汽车安全性的方面更具有优越性。
In order to improve the energy absorption characteristics of the rear bumper, the rear bumper of a car with a certain type of car is taken as the research object, the rear bumper of the automobile with the foam aluminum filling structure is designed, and two finite elements of the rear bumper structure are established by using Hyperworks software model. Taking the pendulum impact test in the national standard as the evaluation standard, the low-speed collision characteristics of the rear bumper of the automobile are studied and compared. The results show that the aluminum foam-filled structure of the car bumper in improving the safety of the car even more advantages.
