如何使人力资源管理从粗放式到精细化,是高速公路部门人力资源主管必须面对的首要问题。虽然人力资源并不是一门新兴的科学,但大数高速公路部门仍处于传统的粗放式人事管理阶段,尚未做到人力资源管理的精细化,本文就高速公路部门精细化人力资源管理进行探讨。首先阐述了高速公路部门中人事管理的地位,其次,分析了高速公路部门精细化人力资源管理的必要性和意义。同时,针对高速公路部门人力资源管理存在的问题,从建立和完善绩效管理及考核激励机制;温暖职工,体现高速公路大家庭温暖;构建高速公路部门人力资源精细化管理体系等方面。就如何对高速公路部门进行精细化人力资源管理提出了自己的建议和看法,具有一定的参考价值。
How to make human resources management extensively and delicately is the most important issue that human resources supervisors in freeway departments must face. Although human resources is not an emerging science, the large number of expressway departments are still in the traditional extensive personnel management stage, and the refinement of human resource management has not yet been done. This article discusses the refined human resources management of expressway departments. First of all, the status of personnel management in expressway department is expounded. Secondly, the necessity and significance of elaborate human resource management in expressway department are analyzed. At the same time, in order to solve the problems existing in the human resources management of expressway department, from establishing and perfecting the performance management and assessment incentive mechanism, warming the staff, reflecting the warmth of the express family and constructing the fine management system of human resources in expressway department. Put forward my own suggestions and opinions on how to refine the human resources management of expressway department, which has some reference value.
