在社会主义精神文明建设中,济南市涌现出一大批典型,在全国有影响的就有八个。他们是:被江总书记誉为“严格执法、热情服务”的市交警支队;获全国职业道德建设十佳单位的市工商银行;全国精神文明建设工作先进单位的市自来水公司;全国卫生系统先进单位的市卫生局;全国工商管理系统先进单位的市工商局;在全国民政系统扬起为民解难之旗的市民政局;以“原告、被告评法官”闻名全国的市中级法院;还有全国思想政治工作先进典型、小鸭集团党委书记李淑敏。这八个典型虽然具体内容不同,但他们都是代表人民利益的忠诚实践
