啤酒大麦的栽培技术具有一系列与取得加工工业的优质原料这一宗旨相联系的特点。因此,在生产过程中,要围绕着优质创高产。即一方面要刨造适宜的栽培条件,满足其生长发育的需要,使之达到高产;另一方面还要保证籽粒中含有适当的啤酒生产需要的生物化学成分。 目前,世界上酿造业对大麦品种的要求是:1.发芽率(势)在98%以上;2.粗蛋白质含量9.5~11.5%;3.籽粒直径大于2.2毫米比例在90%以上。
The technology of beer barley cultivation has a series of characteristics associated with the aim of obtaining high-quality raw materials for the processing industry. Therefore, in the production process, we should focus on high quality and high yield. That is to say, on the one hand, it is necessary to make appropriate cultivation conditions to meet the needs of its growth and development so as to achieve high yield; on the other hand, it is also ensured that the grain contains appropriate biochemical components required for beer production. At present, the world’s brewing industry requirements for barley varieties are: 1. Germination rate (potential) of more than 98%; 2. Crude protein content of 9.5 to 11.5%; 3. Grain diameter greater than 2.2 mm in more than 90%.
