1.范围本标准按国际海上生命安全公约(SOLAS)1974年修订版第5章第12条的要求规定了船用雷达的性能及典型试验。本标准与IEC945有联系。注:第一章是以IMO决议A.477(Ⅷ)为基础。文中凡与IMO决议含义相同的条款均用黑体字印出。 1.1 无线电频率设备工作的无线电频率应始终在无线电管理条例规定的范围之内。 2.目的雷达设备应提供本船相对于其它水面船只和障碍物及浮标、海岸线和导航标志等的位置,以辅助导航和避碰。设备的安装方式应使其能满足推荐的性能标准。
1. Scope This standard specifies the performance and typical tests of marine radars according to the requirements of Article 12 of Chapter 5 of SOLAS 1974 Revised Edition. This standard is associated with IEC945. Note: The first chapter is based on IMO Resolution A.477 (Ⅷ). All articles in the text with the same meaning as the IMO resolution are printed in bold type. 1.1 The radio frequencies at work of radio frequency equipment should always be within the limits of the Radio Regulations. 2. PURPOSE Radar equipment should provide the ship’s location relative to other surface vessels and obstructions and buoys, coastlines and navigation signs to aid navigation and avoid collision. Equipment should be installed so that it meets recommended performance standards.
