拔弹器是一种将枪弹弹头与弹壳分离的专用装置。由山东警察学院研制的拔弹器经过近两年的技术攻关,于2005年3月获得成功,经该院一年多的试用,其性能良好,获国家专利局实用新型专利证书。该拔弹器设计合理,操作简单,安全系数高,室内室外均可使用。我国51式、53式、56式、59式、64式、92式枪弹及国外9mm巴拉贝鲁姆手枪弹,均可用此拔弹器实现弹头与弹壳的分离。
