北宋末年女真族灭辽,攻宋,迫使宋统治者退居南方,占领淮水以北之地,建立了金朝(1115年～1234年),与南宋形成南北对峙的局面。女真族建国之初,都城设在今黑龙江省阿城县的白城,名曰上京会宁府。共经四帝凡三十八年。海陵杀熙宗上台后迁都于燕(今北京市)。是为中都。在有金一代的历史中,上京会宁府一直是金代东北地区的政治、经济、文化中心。本文仅就近年出土的有关文物结合文献,对金代黑龙江的榷酤做初步的探讨,就教于读者。
