基于三维电磁仿真手段,研究了开槽对单Y结微带铁氧体环行器设计及频率特性的影响。结果表明:开槽的长度和宽度对器件频率特性的影响十分显著。适当的开槽处理可以改善环行器的性能,并且能有效降低器件的平面尺寸,实现小型化。对开槽环行器进行优化设计以后,其回波损耗及隔离度的峰值分别可达49.9 dB和29.3 dB,插入损耗在3.56~4.02 GHz的频率范围内低于0.3 dB,带宽达到390 MHz,平面尺寸仅为开槽前的24.7%。
Based on the three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation, the effect of slotting on the design and frequency characteristics of a single Y-junction microstrip ferrite circulator was studied. The results show that the effect of slot length and width on the frequency characteristics of the device is significant. Appropriate slotting can improve the circulator performance, and can effectively reduce the planar size of the device, to achieve miniaturization.
