对型壳基体材料和矿化剂配比进行了试验研究,分析矿化剂的加入对氧化铝型壳高温性能的影响,探讨了二次莫莱石化能明显提高氧化铝型壳高温性能的主要原因。结果表明,氧化铝型壳可以应用于定向和单晶叶片的实际生产。
The effects of mineralizer on the high temperature performance of alumina shell were analyzed. The results show that the alumina shell can be used in the actual production of oriented and single-crystal blades.
