目的和方法;实验用依赖还原型辅酶Ⅱ的黄递酶酶组织化学方法,研究了一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元在大鼠脑干的分布及发育.结果:一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元在各日龄大鼠的分布上没有明显差别.一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元主要集中在上丘浅灰质层、中脑水管周围灰质背外侧部、中缝背核、被盖背外侧核、中缝大核、三叉神经脊束核等部位.结论:比较各日龄大鼠一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元发现,随着日龄增加,上述各核团内阳性细胞数量增加且染色加深,细胞突起逐渐增多加长.提示一氧化氮同神经元的发育密切相关.
Objectives and Methods Experimental study on the distribution and development of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) -positive neurons in the brainstem of rat brain using diaphorase enzymatic histochemical method that relies on reduced coenzymeⅡ.Results: Nitric oxide synthase positive neurons There was no significant difference in the distribution of rats at each age.NOS positive neurons mainly concentrated in the superior meridian layer of gray matter, the dorsal midbrain of the gray matter in the midbrain ducts, dorsolateral nucleus dorsalis, Nucleus and trigeminal nerve bundle nucleus.Conclusion: Comparing the nitric oxide synthase positive neurons in each age group, we found that with the increasing of age, the number of positive cells in each nucleus increased and the staining deepened, Gradually increased and lengthened, suggesting that nitric oxide is closely related to the development of neurons.
