去年初,鉴于对常驻代表机构的征管形式进行了调整,由按行业分散管理改为集中管理后,为了更好地掌握、了解常驻代表机构的业务范围经营性质,以利加强征管。我们对常驻代表机构进行了全面的调查,情况如下。一、基本惰况目前我局所管常驻代表机构共有88户,统一由征管四科负责管理,其中:日本公司办事处8户,新加坡公司办事处2户;香港公司办事处69户;尚未升格的银行办事处9户。通过调查,我们发现常驻代表机
